Landscape Design
Landscape design needs are based on the needs of the home. For smaller yards, simple hand-sketched landscape designs and simple computer aided designs will do. Other times, larger yards will require a CAD 24" x 36" landscape design, if the project is larger in nature.

We can provide both services, and can guide you to see which design will be best for you. Simple designs are complementary and are apart of the installation process. If a more complex/CAD Design is needed, the service would be billed separately as it is a program and process of its own.

Demolition

Demolition is usually offered for a full landscape renovation, but sometimes is done as a stand-alone service.

Drought Tolerant Landscaping/Xeriscape
Drought Tolerant Landscape and Xeriscape are similar, in that at the end, the area will be a plant and tree heavy area, usually saving hundreds of gallons of water each year.

Drought Tolerant landscaping usually entails a "California Native" style, that is common in the greater Sacramento area. These landscapes will create a full look, with pleasing color, and will be low maintenance in nature.

Irrigation Systems
Irrigation systems are the structure and foundation of your landscape. Simply put, your new landscape will not be able to flourish if the irrigation is set up correctly. This includes installing proper anti-siphon valves and pressure filter regulators, ensuring the plants/trees/sod receive an adequate amount of water, without wasting water.

We are able to assist in ensuring your irrigation system and design is set up for long-term success, which is a must for ongoing maintenance and post-installation.

Sod
Traditional Sod, though not as popular as it was in the 90's when everyone had it in abundance, still has its applications and merits, if used in moderation.
To that effect, we can install sod for your yard and ensure that it is set up for long-term success and is vital and health right at the onset. 90% of sod in dwarf fescue in the Sacramento region.
